The imposing and sophisticated internal fireplaces, the “Potager”, the mouldings,… harmonize perfectly with the imposing presence of this host house near Montignac and the famous Lascaux caves also called “The Chapel sixtine of paleolithic”.

The lounge -library, with its high ceiling, its fireplace and its openings towards the outside, will allow you to escape in the tales and the legends of Périgord, to prepare your visits, to relax or simply to take advantage of the peace of the house.
You can also relax around the swimming pool and its surroundings flowery, bask in the garden or relax by the ornamental pool.
The hamlet Bonneval
In the center of Perigord, at the crossroad, this hamlet was to become a fortified city in the XIV° century.
The lack of villager and the quarrels between Count de Périgord and Vicomte of Limoges put an end at the extension of the ancient country-house and led to its destruction. In the XVIII ° century, The hamlet Bonneval was rehabilitated around a raised place.
In about hundred steps, the old church Fossemagne (recently renovated) impresses the passers-by by its bell tower shaped like a four berries pine nut and its 2 meters thick wall.
Both chapels were constructed in the Middle Ages, Saint-Georges and Notre-Dame. The first one disappeared and it only remains a few stones on the path going towards Chatang Bru of the second one.
The writer Eugène Leroy located his heroes “Jacquou le Croquant” several time in this area in his novel.
The story begins in 1815, in the heart of “the forest Barade”, in the Perigord countryside, at the tima of the restoration. Following deagreements between the Tale of Nansac and the Jacquou’s father, tenant of the Tale, the latter is imprisoned and dies. The disease takes her mother soon after. Jacquou Ferral, who became an orphan, wants to take revenge on the cruelty of the powerfull and becomes the spokesman of the oppressed peasants.

In search of nature and peace, conviviality and simplicity, my dynamism guided me in the construction of this project. Fascinated by cooking, I love good dishes prepared with healthy products, cultivated by the local producers, freshly picked in my kitchen garden.
To me, use raw products to make jams, terrines, cake, pastries or soups is the secret of a good meal. And all this seems even better when I share it with my dinner guests.
