Dietician and cooked by training, I worked in a collectivity kitchen, in charge of quality and hygiene and finally as a manager in a production kitchen.
After 10 years of working in large Belgian companies, the time has come to create mine.
And why not in the Dordogne, this region full of riches that I have been getting to know for a few years now… This is how in 2015, I decided to come and settle there.
In search of nature and calm, conviviality and simplicity, my dynamism guided me in the construction of this project.
Passionate about cooking, I am a fan of good dishes prepared with healthy products, grown by local producers, freshly picked from my vegetable garden.
Work the raw products to make jams, terrines, pastries, soups, …. is for me the secret of a good meal.
And all this seems even better when I share it with my guests.
It’s already been 5 years since I created “Au Pays de Jacquou”.
