TERMS OF SALES
It has been agreed between the parties that the customer rents to "Au Pays de Jacquou" the accommodation as described below under the following conditions:
1. PURPOSE OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
The parties declare that the present rental does not concern leased premises for use as a main dwelling or a mixed professional and main residential use.
Consequently, they agree that their respective rights and obligations will be governed by the stipulations of this contract, by the decree of December 28, 1976 amended and failing this by the provisions of the civil code.
The premises of this contract are rented furnished, on a seasonal basis.
2. DURATION OF THE RENT
The client, signatory of a contract concluded for a fixed term, can not under any circumstances claim any right to stay in the premises.
At the beginning of the rental, the keys and instructions for accommodation will be delivered by the owner.
3. FORMALITY OF BOOKING
After receiving your reservation, Au Pays de Jacquou sends you an e-mail - or, in the absence of an e-mail address, by mail - a written confirmation and invites you to pay within a maximum period of 7 days, a deposit equal to 30 % of the rental price. The deposit can be paid by check, bank transfer or via the on-line payment system. Once this deposit is received, the booking becomes firm. Please note that without the payment of the deposit within the time limit, the reservation is not confirmed and that, therefore, Au Pays de Jacquou reserves the right to keep the rooms.
When booking, the number of people making the stay must be specified. Only those who have booked are allowed to enter the premises. If the number of planned clients is exceeded, Au Pays de Jacquou is able to refuse additional persons or to request a supplement.

4. BALANCE PAYMENT
The balance of the rent will be paid by the client at the latest upon entry into the accommodation.
The customer will make this payment by bank transfer 1 week before the beginning of the stay or will pay the balance by check or in cash the day of his arrival.
Any supplements (drinks, table d'hotes, breakfasts) will be paid on site by check or cash on the day of departure.
5. CANCELLATION OF THE STAY BY THE CUSTOMER
Any modification is possible only after the agreement of "Au Pays de Jacquou".
In the event of cancellation before the beginning of the stay, it will be due, by the customer, an allowance fixed in the following way:
- if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit will be fully refunded
- If the cancellation occurs between 30 days and 8 days before the start of the stay, the deposit remains due.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 8 days before the start of the stay, the full payment remains acquired unless Au Pays de Jacquou manages to re-let the house or rooms concerned.
6. CANCELLATION INSURANCE
In the Pays de Jacquou draws your attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in the price.
7. CANCELLATION OF STAY BY JACQUOU'S COUNTRY
If, before the beginning of the stay, the owner is led to cancel the reservation, he must immediately inform his client by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The customer will then immediately and fully refund the sums he has already paid.
8. RECORDING OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data (surname, first name, address, e-mail address, telephone number) will only be used as part of subsequent services offered by "Au Pays de Jacquou".
I undertake not to transmit in any case the information that you will have communicated to me to other companies or organizations.
