For breakfast…

The stay in the private guestroom includes a breakfast served between 8.00 am and 10.00 am. Prepared with care, it will satisfy both lovers of sweet with jams, cake and other homemade preparations that lovers of salty The breakfast will please the amateurs of sweet foods with its cakes, homemade jam… as well as amateurs of salted food prepared with local products…

 

 

 

Served as a buffet, you will find coffee, tea, homemade orange juice, milk, cocoa, pastries, yoghurt, jams, ham, cheese, fresh fruit, bread, baguette,… And wednesday, it’s the day of the french toast.

 

 

For the evening meal at the table d’hôtes…

On reservation, I invite you to share a moment around the table d’hôtes. Perigord products and specialities will be honored.

My cooking is such as our grandmothers did, simple, authentic and seasonal.

In autumn, we walk in search of muschrooms, chestnuts,…

In winter,it’s time to prepare pâté,confit, gizzards,…

In spring, we saw and maintain the garden.

In summer, it’s time to harvest the fruit to make delicious homemade jams.

Dessert: figue crumble, chocolate fondant, strawberry tiramisu, fossemage strawberry coulis ice ccream, homemade icecream log, panna cotta with orange blossom and red fruit coulis, Belgian chocolate mousse,…

The table d’hôte at the price of 30€ includes starter, main course, cheese and dessert (12€ per child). A lighter menu consisting of an appetizer and dish is price at 22€ (10€ per child). Depending on your appetite, it’s always possible to complete the menu with aperitif, cheese, dessert, coffee, tea, digestive,…

A choice of regional wines is offered by the glas, pitcher, bottle,…. red, white, rosé. And for children, there are soft, sirup, water,…
